From complete exhibition builds to corporate events and launches, Expocentric WA takes your event production from first concept to final pack-down. Design, build, AV, lighting, logistics and installation—all delivered in-house by one team.
Exhibitions are at the heart of what we do. We design and build complete show environments, bringing together floor plans, exhibitor requirements, feature areas and production into one coordinated delivery.
That same in-house capability extends to conferences, corporate events, product launches and brand activations. Our team handles the design, fabrication, technical production, logistics, installation and final pack-down—so you work directly with the people delivering the project from start to finish.

Every exhibition and event starts with a plan for how the space will work. Our in-house team develops the concept and layout together, shaping visitor flow, exhibition areas, stages and shared spaces around your brief.
Design decisions are considered alongside fabrication, installation and operational requirements, creating a clear plan for both the finished environment and its delivery.

A successful exhibition depends on exhibitors knowing what is needed, when it is needed and who to speak to. We manage the production-related information, requirements and deadlines that keep their participation moving.
Because exhibitor coordination sits within the same team delivering the show, requirements can be carried directly into planning, fabrication and installation.
From exhibition infrastructure and registration areas to stages, networking lounges and branded feature spaces, we build the environments that bring the whole show together.
Our in-house production team carries the design through fabrication and installation, delivering a coordinated event space rather than a collection of separate builds. The same capability supports conferences, launches and corporate event environments.

Our responsibility does not end when the build leaves the workshop. Our team plans transport, coordinates site access and manages installation, keeping the production moving from the first delivery through to the completed event environment.
On site, we oversee the build and agreed production requirements, then handle dismantling and pack-down when the event is complete.
Furniture, signage, lighting and AV are part of the event—not separate considerations. Our in-house team brings these elements into the same design, build and delivery process, creating a complete environment that works together.

Create welcoming, functional spaces with furniture and styling selected around your event layout, audience and brand. From exhibition lounges to conference breakout areas, each element is considered as part of the complete environment.

Help visitors find their way and make the event feel connected. We design, produce and install signage that supports navigation, identifies key areas and carries your event branding throughout the space.

Bring presentations, demonstrations and event content to life with integrated AV and lighting. Our technical team plans, installs and operates the production equipment as part of the wider event delivery.

Involve us as early as possible, ideally while the brief, venue and layout are being developed. Early discussions allow design, production and installation requirements to be considered together. Share your event date and current plans so we can assess the available timeframe.
Start with the event type, date, location, approximate size and the scope you need delivered. A brief, floor plan, brand guidelines and indicative budget are also useful. These details do not need to be final before the initial conversation.
